The hotel's rooms were unsafe and dirty, with a chaotic decor that didn't match the advertised property. Despite friendly service, the experience was marred by uncleanliness and misrepresentation of the accommodations.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were filthy, covered in cigarette soot, and smelled strongly of stale cigarettes despite booking a non-smoking room. The carpet was musty, disgusting, and damp, making me hesitant to walk on it without shoes. It was dated, with loose wires hanging where the smoke alarm should have been. I will never consider staying here again.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were filthy with cigarette smell, but at least they had air freshener. The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters. The location was convenient for my needs, though the hot tub was a letdown. The dining experience was a total letdown with false promises. Overall, it was an okay stay considering the price paid.
